What Daily Outbound does with the details you give us through this website, kept short and plain.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. That is the only reason. We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a buyer map if you asked for one, and to keep a record of the conversation while it is open.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed we keep them for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. Only the people handling your request can see what you sent, and they use it for nothing else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to melody.monroe@dailyoutbound.co or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like us to do. If you would rather we did not contact you again, reply stop to any message from us and we will stop.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
